cherry_blossom2Pandora and I thought we would set up a page to include any useful tools to use in our journey in Mindfulness. Here you will find documents like daily diary sheets, recommended reading and anything else we think might be useful. Feel free to use if the inclination takes you.

~ Daily Diary Sheet ~

This tool is to enable you to focus on your mindfulness practise. It’s very useful in the beginning to note down thoughts and feelings that crop up during your mindfulness exercises. It is a pdf document so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is free) to read it and print it off.
